No Personal Data Collection


We prioritize a privacy-first approach. DualChat – WhatScan Web does not collect, store, or share any personal information such as:

WhatsApp chats, messages, or conversation history

Photos, videos, or documents

Important Clarification:

All WhatsApp-related data remains within WhatsApp’s ecosystem. The App does not access, monitor, or transmit your WhatsApp content.


How the App Operates


DualChat – WhatScan Web acts as a web-based interface wrapper for WhatsApp Web. Its functionality includes:


WebView Rendering: Displays the official WhatsApp Web interface

Direct Communication: Your device connects directly to WhatsApp servers

No Backend Servers: We do not run or maintain any data storage servers

Local Session Storage: Login sessions are stored securely on your device only


At no point does the App intercept or process message data.


Third-Party Integrations


To support functionality and improve performance, the App uses trusted third-party services. These services may collect limited technical or anonymous data:


Google AdMob

Purpose: Display in-app advertisements

Data: Advertising ID, interaction metrics

Google Play Services

Purpose: Core app functionality and updates

Data: Device-level technical information

Firebase Analytics

Purpose: Usage insights and feature improvement

Firebase Crashlytics
